Delivery Policy
Orders Monday–Saturday: Orders must be received before 1:00pm in the local area to guarantee same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Orders for Saturday must be received before 10:00am. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. These will be delivered on the next working day.

These daily deadlines do not apply to busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Father’s Day Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year, Easter and ANZAC day.
Please call our store on to confirm cut off times.
If the flowers are for a time-crucial event (for example, a funeral or during business hours), we will do our best to assist. However, we strongly recommend you provide us with a backup address if the flowers don’t make it on time.

Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability of flowers, we may need to substitute flowers in your bouquet. The utmost care is taken to keep the same style, theme and colour of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Furthermore, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.
